Does CNC machining center have development potential?

Does CNC machining center have development potential?

The machining center with the spindle in parallel is called the horizontal machining center. In general, the horizontal machining center has 3-5 motion axes. The common horizontal machining centers are three linear motion axes plus one rotary motion axis. The working table of the horizontal machining center is mostly square, which can process the workpiece on one side of the workpiece. What I just mentioned is the basic structure of the horizontal machining center. How do the horizontal machining centers classify the structure? There are various methods for classifying the structure. There are two types of headstock position classification: main head box hanging and head box side hanging; according to the column classification: fixed column and moving column; : Both positive T and inverted T; classified by Z-axis: Z-axis table feed, Z-axis column feed, Z-axis ram feed; and in the industry are classified by column, today will introduce the structure classified by column. It has just been said that there are two types of column classification, namely the movable column and the fixed column horizontal machining center. The structure and characteristics are introduced below.

Second, the history of CNC machining center development

The machining center was originally developed from CNC milling machines. The first machining center was first developed in 1958 by the American Carney-Trek company. It adds an automatic tool changer to the CNC horizontal boring and milling machine, which enables centralized machining of various processes such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming and tapping after the workpiece is clamped once.
Since the 1970s, the machining center has developed rapidly, and a changeable spindle box machining center has appeared. It is equipped with a multi-axis spindle box with tools that can be automatically replaced, which can simultaneously process the workpiece.
Today, CNC machining centers have appeared in many different types and models, including vertical machining and horizontal machining centers. They can also be divided into three-axis machining centers, four-axis machining centers, five-axis machining centers, etc. The potential of CNC machining centers is huge, but now no one knows when the golden age of CNC machining centers will end, but it is certain that CNC machining centers or other CNC machine tools cannot be replaced in a short time.
